JANE-HOLLY WEINTRAUB has been practicing law in New Hampshire since 1989. She concentrates her practice in the areas of criminal defense, family law, and personal injury.
Jane-Holly has been providing criminal defense services to clients in New Hampshire and Massachusetts since 1989. Offenses charged against her clients range from felonies and misdemeanors to motor vehicle offenses and juvenile delinquency petitions. Jane-Holly has more than 20 years of courtroom experience having handled hundreds of criminal cases in the Superior and District courts. Her practice includes bail hearings, an extensive motion practice, bench trials and jury trials. She is able to negotiate favorable dispositions of criminal offenses when desirable.
Since the founding of Wing & Weintraub, P.C. in 1998, Jane-Holly has added family law and personal injury litigation to her practice. She believes the successes she has achieved on behalf of her clients begin with listening and understanding the specific needs of the people who contact her. She then provides scrupulous attention to detail and rigorous case preparation to achieve her clients' goals. Jane-Holly is known for her willingness to go the distance for clients to secure the best possible outcomes of their cases.
Before law school, Attorney Weintraub worked as a social worker in Canada and the United States. She attended Cornell University in Ithaca, New York and Dalhousie University in Nova Scotia, Canada where she attained a degree in social work in 1981. Attorney Weintraub received her Juris Doctor in law from Northeastern University School of Law in 1989. She is licensed to practice in the State of New Hampshire, state and federal courts, and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
